Centre Closure update at 17/6/19
The centre is closing down its services from the end of July onwards. I have listed the timelines for closure we are currently working to.
We appreciate this is sad for all of you, so I hope these clear dates will help. I really appreciate your continued support to myself and my team and hope this can continue by adhering to the dates and information given. Thank you, Sally.
- Boogie Beats music 5th July
- 18th July – Sporty morning & picnic (inside if wet) – 10.30 -11.30 for toddler sports and then 11.30 – 12.30 Farewell picnic for all families (bring your lunch & blanket) – this session replaces our last Play & Learn
- Polskie Figle 23rd July
- Baby music & drop in 24th July
- Friday Open Play 26th July
August – Open for outside area only
Our garden area is available to play in when we are open – Please check our timetable as there are a couple of dates the Centre is closed and the garden will be inaccessible. There will be limited access to the centre as closing down actions will be taking place including lots of boxes.

Doors Close Friday 23rd August – Unfortunately this is the last day for public access to the centre and garden area. Health services will continue to run in September.
Families already receiving individual family support from the children centre will continue to do so throughout September and of course the emptying of the building will continue. We leave the building at the end of September and our website will close shortly after.
The Centre is open Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm.

If you are attending the centre by car please take note of the parking conditions in the Hersham Centre Car Park.
You may park for up to 2 hours free - you do not require a ticket but must leave within the 2 hours as there are cameras sited at the entrance/exit. THERE IS A £90 FINE FOR OVER- STAYING
If you need to park for longer you may pay for up to 2 hours extra (4 hours in total) - you will need to pay £1.50 for the extra time at a meter located on the pharmacy wall at the centre entrance. This payment can be made at any point during your stay and before you exit.
There is a pay and display carpark at the top of New Berry Lane which is very reasonable.

The Children's Centre has many policies and procedures. These are available for you to view at the centre in our parent information folder. We particulary ask you to note our sickness policy, infant feeding policy, food & drink policy, mobile phones & camera use policy, safeguarding & child protection policy, safeguarding statement, alcohol & smoking policy, complaints policy.
All play sessions are only available for families in the Burhill area, this is so our local families have the opportunity to have access to these sessions. - you may attend baby massage, Introduction to solids and first aid classes from out of area. The managers permission should be sought to attend more.
